A : Please note that the delivery time for your order is determined by the seller(s) you have ordered from and not TiaraMall.com.my Therefore, once an item is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification informing you of the delivery status.

Q : I have just received an email stating that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
A : Depending on the locality of the products, it takes 5 – 9 business days for the items to be delivered once it has been shipped. Please note that if you have ordered several items from different sellers, these items may be shipped separately according to stock availability.For the most accurate delivery time for your item(s), please refer to the respective product page.
